The Whitehouse Condotel (formerly known as the Whitehouse hotel) is now in the construction process of our new Condo / Hotel complex. Work began in September 2003 with completion planned for the end of 2004. The main features of the new complex include the following: Thirty upscale, well appointed hotel rooms built for golf travelers and holiday makers who are looking for better comfort, location and service; and 30 up market condominiums built to a high standard, well suited to those looking for a home away from home or for a permanent residence in Pattaya.

The condominiums are situated on floors 4 through 7 and are easily accessed via the lobby lift on the main floor. There are a variety of configurations available; please visit our Floor Plans page for detailed drawings and an artistists conception. A number of Condo units have already been sold; we will continue to sell the remaining units at pre-completion prices - while they last - until the construction is finished. The condominiums are being sold fully furnished and ready to occupy, a feature most other projects do not offer.
