| September 10, 2003 - Piling begins |

| September / October, 2003 - 3 crews at work piling to bed-rock at a depth of 17 meters. In total, 84 piles are set. |

| Rebar is hoisted and inserted into the completed pile holes in preparation for concrete. |

| November 10, 2003 - Forms are laid for the pile caps. The general configuration is 5 piles joined by 1 pile cap platform. |

| November 25, 2003 - A number of completed pile caps in the restaurant kitchen area. |

| Dec 4, 2003 - Pouring the floor for the main water storage tank. |

| DEC 4, 2003 - Forms being laid in the cellar area beneath the kitchen in preparation for the pouring of the concrete walls. |
